Gwen, the restaurant's sommelier, is a knowledgeable, kind, and professional person who provides excellent service. The hotel is situated in a subtropical garden, creating a peaceful and serene atmosphere. The bathroom in the room is well-appointed with a tub/shower combo, bidet, enclosed toilet room, and a nice sink area.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The property is beautifully maintained with stunning gardens that create a tranquil atmosphere. The Art Deco decoration throughout the complex is captivating and adds a unique charm to the hotel. My room in one of the towers was spacious and comfortable, with a well-equipped bathroom and a jacuzzi for added relaxation. The restaurant provided excellent dining experiences, and the service from the staff was top-notch. The hotel also offers easy and free parking, which was convenient. I was impressed with the value for money and would definitely consider returning to this unique and charming hotel.

The rooms at Hotel Parc Victoria are absolutely amazing! They have everything you need for a comfortable stay, like a TV with satellite channels, free WiFi, and a private bathroom with all the essentials. I felt right at home!

Personally, I found the bathtub to be a bit small. But hey, that's just my opinion.

Located in a serene environment Les Lierres is a treat to your senses with its stunning gardens and proximity to the city center. The lush Art Deco furnishings add to the historic charm, making guests feel value for money. The well-maintained bathroom and room provide ample comfort, and the friendly service rounds out a pleasurable stay. the sit-out area lending to the garden offers a sublime view.

Parking can be an issue.

We loved our stay at this charming hotel with its stunning garden and pool area. The hotel's location was excellent with close proximity to the city center and beach. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and the breakfast was delicious.

The hotel is a luxury oasis with exclusive amenities, such as an outdoor swimming pool, sun terrace, and beautiful garden area. The spa center offers various treatments, including massage, sauna, and steam room. The restaurant serves delicious food with special diet menus available, and the bar/lounge area provides an excellent selection of drinks. The staff is attentive, and the location is perfect, close to both the beach and the town center.

There was only one minor issue; the room lacked an in-room breakfast service.

Oh, their policy of charging for water is just genius! Who needs complimentary water when you're paying so much already?

The hotel’s gardens are stunning, providing a peaceful and serene environment to relax. The location is ideal as it is just a short walk to the beach and town center. The hotel staff is very friendly and accommodating.

Housekeeping is not consistent in their service. Toiletries were not always replaced, and towels were often hit and miss.

We had a fantastic stay at Hotel Parc Victoria. The warm welcome from Antoine, the spacious room with a large bed, and the perfect temperature of the swimming pool all exceeded our expectations. The hotel felt like a tranquil oasis with beautiful grounds, and we loved having breakfast outside in the gardens. The staff, including Anton and Gwen, were incredibly kind and professional. The hotel had a unique charm and character, making our stay truly special. We highly recommend this hotel!

The location was perfect for us as trekkers and a group of friends. Just a short walk to the beach and surrounded by plenty of restaurants and shops.

Dieses Hotel ist ausgezeichnet! Die Lage ist einfach perfekt, nur wenige Meter vom Europa-Park entfernt. Die Zimmer sind geräumig und gut ausgestattet, im traditionellen Stil. Außerdem ist alles sauber und ordentlich. Die Klimaanlage war ein echter Bonus angesichts der heißen Außentemperaturen. Das Frühstück bietet viele Optionen und hatte für jeden etwas dabei. Ein weiterer Pluspunkt war die Ladestation für Elektroautos. Alles in allem ein gelungener Aufenthalt!
